EXPO/ FOOD CAPTAIN:

1. Ensure prepared, garnished, and clean plates of hot and cold food are completed according to ticket specifications in a timely manner and delivered to guests.
2. Act as a communication link between the kitchen and service team.
3. Maintain menu knowledge.
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills.
5. Ability to carry trays and assist in taking food to guests.
6. Keep the service area clean and organized. Ensure food windows are organized and sanitized.
7. Assist with to-go orders and room service.
