Drake’s in Knoxville is seeking an Expo to serve as the communication link between kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll double-check ticket details and ensure guests receive exactly what they ordered.

• Uphold high standards of consistency, quality, food safety, and presentation.
• Monitor food temperature and ticket times; maintain Drake’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary station at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH to keep service flowing in a fast-paced environment.
• Commit to 100% guest satisfaction; ensure every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly.
