Job summary

NYPD Pizza in Orlando is seeking an Expo for our Pizza Oven team. You will identify pizzas as they come from the oven by the Pizza Chef and ensure correct cooking of every item, while preparing for cutting, plating or boxing orders.

Key duties include baking a wide variety of doughs, including thin and thick crusts; baking calzones, garlic knots and pizza rolls; and maintaining a clean station. Candidates should be reliable, communicative, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced team.

This position is in charge of our Pizza Oven. Individuals must be able to identify all pizzas as they are placed in oven by the Pizza Chef, and are responsible for the correct cooking of each item.
