Job summary

BelAir Cantina in Oak Creek, WI is seeking high-energy Expo team members to act as the heartbeat of our kitchen. You’ll be the final checkpoint before dishes hit the table, ensuring presentation and quality while coordinating To-Go orders.

You’ll work with servers and kitchen staff to keep the flow fast, fresh, and accurate, even under pressure. We offer flexible scheduling and growth opportunities, with training provided if you’re new to the role.

BelAir Cantina is looking for high-energy, detail-loving, food-passionate team players to be the heartbeat of our kitchen—our Expos!

As an Expo, you’re the final checkpoint before our delicious tacos, burritos, and margarita-pairing plates hit the table. You’ll ensure each dish looks , meets our quality standards, and gets to the right guest at the right time. Communication is key—you’ll be the bridge between our kitchen and service teams, keeping things fast, fresh, and fun! You will also be responsible for coordinating the To-Go guest experience and making sure every order that's picked up or delivered is 100% accurate, fresh, and hot.
