Qualifications

• Strong production/process understanding and hazard mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Select, onboard, train, and develop employees with a focus on explosives safety and compliance.
• Enforce explosives safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage tactical production plans in a high-hazard environment.
• Analyze safety and production data and assign personnel accordingly.
