Will leverage their engineering knowledge and hands-on experience in the manufacturing of energetic materials to support quoting, product design, process development, and project management. The role focuses on the development of energetic materials and products, improving processes, and overseeing technical and testing requirements for large-scale defense programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with energetic materials, preferably within the Aerospace or Defense industries, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Explosives, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields) & 5+ years of work experience required. 2+ years of direct experience in energetics preferred (explosives, propellants, etc.)
