Flynn’s Tire Group in Meadville, PA is hiring Tire Technicians. No automotive experience or degree is required; we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you grow within our organization. This entry-level role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• No experience required.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
