Your Role Includes:

  • Participating in specialized training for lean manufacturing excellence and adherence to thorough documentation standards.
  • Executing complex tasks like burning, fitting, welding, and grinding with precision.
  • Aligning and assembling components by working closely with engineering plans.
  • Quickly escalates any subpar materials or conditions to supervisors.
  • Commitment to safety, adhering to policy, and promoting a goal of zero incidents.

Key Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent training.
  • Exceptional mathematical skills for precise measurement operations.
  • Capability to interpret a wide range of fabrication diagrams and welding methods (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW ).
