The successful candidate will apply the nursing process within Relationship Based Care, mentor students and staff, and contribute to a healthy workplace through teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse and provide patient care
• Lead and mentor students, graduates, and new hires
• Apply nursing process within Relationship Based Care framework
• Participate in shared governance and teamwork
