Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience with ReactJS.
• Proficient in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience with Next.js including SSR and routing.
• Familiarity with UI libraries and enterprise data grids.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker).
• Ability to translate designs from Figma into pixel-perfect UI.
• Experience with internationalization/localization and accessibility.
• Strong collaboration with product/business teams in agile environments.

In this role, you will work directly with business and product teams, bringing a customer-centric mindset to deliver software that truly solves user problems. This position calls for deep React expertise across component architecture, state management, and modern frontend tooling.

• Work with ReactJS (5+ years production) — component architecture, hooks, modern state management, routing, and performance optimization.
• Build with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Next.js, including server-side rendering and file-based routing.
• Use component libraries (MUI, Mantine, Ant Design, or Chakra UI) and enterprise data grid libraries such as AG Grid.
• Handle data fetching with React Query or SWR, and form management with react-hook-form or Formik.
• Translate Figma wireframes into consistent UI, with experience in internationalization and localization.
• Consume RESTful APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and apply E2E testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, Git version control, and Jira within an Agile delivery model.
• Mentor others through documentation, design discussions, and code reviews, owning work from development through production.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker) for building and deploying applications.
• Understanding of environments: Dev, QA, Staging, Pre-Production, Production.
• Enterprise data grid libraries (AG Grid), including server-side row models and performance tuning.
• Relational database concepts and query fundamentals (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
• Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and monitoring tools (Application Insights, Datadog).
• Exposure to gRPC (gRPC-Web) and micro-frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS domains.
