Job summary

AuraOne is seeking an Expert Project Manager for a remote review track to evaluate AI outputs across program management workflows. Reviewers assess workflow accuracy, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit while flagging operational risk and documenting the right next step for training the modeling team.

Responsibilities include applying rubrics to grade tone and escalation, ad adjudicating disputes with firm guidance, and maintaining calibration scores across batches.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in program management on real teams for Expert Project Manager work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
