Ethos is seeking experienced site reliability engineers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own and refine blameless postmortems, incident reviews, on-call runbooks, and SLO-related reports to improve AI-generated outputs.
The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and an ASAP start. Compensation is CAD 80/hour, with potential for more hours if desired.

We\'re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced site reliability engineers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We\'re looking for site reliability engineers with 4+ years running or reviewing production incidents to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses, on-call runbooks, severity and escalation write-ups, SLO and error-budget reports, remediation action-item trackers, and reliability review decks.
$80/hour
