Ethos is seeking an experienced RevOps/CRM operations professional for a fully remote, flexible role. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets while auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.

The position offers $100/hour with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired) and an ASAP start date. Excellent written communication and document/spreadsheet/slide craftsmanship are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets
• Audit pipeline hygiene and build funnel dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership
• Craft high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with exceptional written communication and attention to detail

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced revops managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for revops managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
