Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced private equity professional to assist with training a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows such as investment committee memos, decks, LBO outputs, and portfolio reviews.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more if desired) and a start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal‑facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows including investment committee memos and decks, LBO model output pages, and portfolio reviews.
• Develop and polish 100‑day plan decks, LP reporting materials, and exit preparation decks.
• Present clear investment narratives and supporting materials to inform decision making.
