Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert Imagery Analyst to support INSCOM under APOGEE. The primary place of performance is Fort Shafter, Hawaii, with an active TS/SCI clearance preferred.

The role requires integrating imagery data to identify military installations, infrastructure, and enemy activity, delivering rigorous GEOINT analyses to inform decision makers. Qualified candidates will hold advanced GEOINT education and extensive experience in imagery exploitation, use of RemoteView/SOCET

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
• MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
• BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years Intelligence Analysis experience including 8 years GEOINT experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret imagery (visible, infrared, radar) and full motion video to identify installations, infrastructure, weapons, orders of battle, and human terrain.
• Produce all-source GEOINT analyses and deliver reports and presentations for decision makers.
