DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Expert Graphic Design/UI/UX professional to lead the visual strategy and user experience for our critical software solutions and marketing initiatives. You will be a key driver in developing contemporary and simple user interfaces that are both elegant and highly functional, establishing robust user interface templates, creating impactful static assets, and producing compelling marketing graphics that resonate with our target audience. Your deep expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience across our organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities and duties include:

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of all graphic design and UI/UX efforts across our software products and marketing materials.
• Architect and champion the development of contemporary and simple user interfaces that set industry standards for usability and visual appeal.
• Expertly utilize the Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) to create sophisticated design mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets.
• Define and establish comprehensive user interface templates and design systems that ensure brand consistency and streamline development processes.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact static assets, including complex illustrations, data visualizations, and imagery that enhance user understanding and engagement.
• Direct the development of compelling marketing graphics for diverse platforms, ensuring brand alignment and effective communication of our value proposition.
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to stringent brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to other designers and cross-functional team members on UI/UX principles and visual design.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy and visual identity of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants MUST

- must be able to qualify and maintain security clearance.

- have at least 1 year of Expert Graphic Design/UI/UX experience and have a good understanding of professional business environments.

- be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff

- be able to carry themselves in a professional manner

- be punctual, responsible, and reliable

- have good written and verbal communication skills (answering the phone and composing emails in a professional manner)

Pay: From $100,000 per year excluding bonus and benefits.

Schedule:
