Expert Geolocation Operator

Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple Expert-level Geolocation Operator positions located in San Antonio, TX. The Expert Geolocation Operator possesses certifications in multiple specialized, technical capabilities to provide direct mission support and mentorship for a 24/7, 365-day workforce.

Position Description

The Expert Geolocation Operator will engage in direct, on-site, real-time operations utilizing certified skills and knowledge in both active and passive geolocation methodologies for real-world SIGINT missions. This position is also responsible for the mentoring and proficiency development of less experienced operators on shift and contributing to the tradecraft improvement of training resources. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications

The Expert Geolocation Operator will possess the following capabilities:

  • Current certifications in basic operations, passive and active geolocation methods and technologies
  • Possess formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s)
  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
  • Current or previous experience carrying out advanced geolocation operations within a multi-technology domain
  • Ability and willingness to obtain increasingly complex geolocation certifications
Additional Requirements
  • Must have 5+ specific certifications (list omitted due to classification)
  • Must have mentored at least twenty (20) JOIO operators with a 90%+ JQS/Certification pass rate
  • Successfully complete Expert Operator certification
