ELEA HEALY - Remodelists is dedicated to the betterment of the remodeling industry. We are seeking a collaborative, communicative, and considerate onsite field supervisor and carpenter with a toolbag full of skills and experience, but always seeking to learn more and get better.
Are you a skilled craftsperson who knows houses and loves working on remodeling projects of all scales and styles? Are you skilled in rough-framing, detailed millwork installation, AND getting things done? We are looking for someone to join our Remodelist team who can hold their own on site, moving tasks forward and keeping an eye on everyday activities. Our Field Remodelists are expected to be easy to talk to, supportive of coworkers and clients alike, and have professional habits that are in step with being in people’s homes.
At ELEA HEALY, we believe that skilled craftspeople are valuable and should be compensated accordingly. In addition to base wages, this position includes a generous paid time off, holidays, health care package, tool allowance, and tech/wellness reimbursements.
