• Deliver compelling software demonstrations that effectively showcase the employer's revenue cycle and clinical solutions
• Customize demonstrations to address specific client needs and pain points
• Act as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows
• Support the sales team by conducting client needs assessments and developing tailored demo scenarios
• Maintain and optimize demo environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, including patient access, billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
• Proven ability to deliver engaging software demonstrations to clients
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle efficiency
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably with the employer\'s solutions or similar platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
• Familiarity with RAC audits and claim scrubbing software
• Knowledge of ASC and APC reimbursement models
• Experience in medical necessity checking for claim approvals
