Job summary

PINPOINT Resource Group is seeking a capable Business Analyst for a short-term contract based in North Carolina. You will support multiple technology projects, lead testing strategy, and help gather procurement-related requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, collecting data, documenting as-is capabilities, conducting stakeholder interviews, and contributing to PMO administration and market research for benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience in requirements management
• Experience with test planning and test execution management
• Experience leading facilitation for procurement specification development
• IIBA CBAP or PMP-PBA are highly desired

• Identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
• Completing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities

• Supporting change management and communications programs and activities
• Performing PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, and service metric reporting

Responsibilities

Seeking strong analyst skills to support multiple technology project initiatives. This role will work across active and upcoming projects, leading testing strategy, facilitating procurement-related requirements gathering, and ensuring vendor delivery.

• Managing business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
• Identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
• Completing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities
• Conducting interviews to gather business requirements
• Conducting industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking
• Supporting change management and communications programs and activities
• Performing PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst Experience
• Requirements Management Experience
• Experience Test Planning and Test Execution Management
• Experience Leading Facilitation for Procurement Specification Development
• IIBA CBAP or PMP-PBA are highly desired
