Job description

ROLE : EXPERIENTIAL TOUR MANAGER (CONTRACT)

TEAM : ACCOUNTS, XM

LOCATION : US - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Salt XC is an agency driven by the philosophy of Experiential Commerce, our unique framework for designing better consumer experiences that earn attention and drive action. We take an integrated approach that connects a brand’s online and offline experiences through data, media, and memorable moments that drive brand transactions.

We are hiring experiential tour managers for a month-long sampling activation across several US cities. Tour managers will undergo in-person training during the week of May 20th and will then be on the road for most of their contract, traveling with a team and branded assets. Responsibilities include working with venues, retailers, vendors, and acting as a liaison between Salt's back office and field staff.

  • Please note that this is a freelance/contracted 1099 role.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Managing all executional details and overseeing activation
  • Ensuring schedule adherence and meeting timelines throughout the tour
  • Managing crew and team members
  • Setup and teardown at all tour stops
  • Preparing logistics for tour stops with venue contacts
  • Facilitating licensing and permits as needed
  • Acting as both manager and brand ambassador at each stop, engaging with consumers

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally
  • Organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on team and client satisfaction
  • High efficiency and accuracy

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Availability full-time from mid-May to end of June
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Compliance with all COVID-19 regulations
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Open to all US locations, with bonus if based in/near Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Madison/Milwaukee, or Philadelphia
