Job summary

TEAM is an award-winning experiential marketing agency seeking a full-time Retail Specialist to build brand visibility in off-premise accounts and support Angel’s Envy Bourbon & Santa Teresa Rum programs. You will cultivate account relationships, coordinate tastings, educate staff and consumers, and report weekly to the Regional Manager.

This role requires nights, weekends, and occasional holidays with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Distributor experience preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Passion for spirits, especially bourbon.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Strong communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
• Previous retail/spirit industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Continuous Support: Schedule and activate KPIs within accounts to improve sell-in and sell-through.
• Sampling Coordination: Organize educational tastings to promote recommendations and conversions.
• Account Relationship Management: Build relationships with staff and decision-makers at accounts.
• Brand Awareness & Visibility: Elevate Angel’s Envy through merchandising and education.
• Market Insights: Monitor trends and convert insights into opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide real-time recaps and weekly objective/plan reports.
• Collaboration: Align strategies with Regional Manager and local team.
• Sales Enhancement: Drive volume via upselling and multi-SKU distribution.
• Budget/Time Management: Track KPIs and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Scheduling: Available nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Workload: 40 hours per week expected.
