Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in career services or related fields.
• Experience designing curricula and delivering instruction across formats.
• Knowledge of career development theories, recruiting practices, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internship courses and design experiential learning curricula.
• Coordinate career education workshops, seminars, and labs.
• Lead events, campus career fairs, and program logistics.
• Provide one-on-one and group career advising to students and alumni.
• Engage with industry partners to create internship and job opportunities.
