Responsibilities

• Lead the production of events from concept through post-event wrap
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor communications
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to develop and execute engaging experiences
• Source and manage third-party partners and platforms as needed
• Oversee quality control across deliverables and ensure all elements meet brand and project goals
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear documentation throughout the production process
