Experiential Marketing Producer / Project Manager

In our more than 25-year history, we’ve worked with some of the world’s most successful brands across a range of industries – primarily focused on the automotive and technology sectors, along with pharmaceuticals, hospitality and energy.

About the Job

The role is a Producer/Project Manager in our Experiential Marketing-Production department. Successful candidates will start as freelance with a path to staff and will work at the Xperience office in Dearborn, Michigan at least 3 days a week.

Candidates interested in this position should be excited to grow their career and hone their production chops, while living in a fast-paced, ever-changing marketing environment.

The work crosses channels and verticals, leading projects, partnering with designers, creative directors, producers, video editors and digital programmers. You should be comfortable across the big and small: nationwide tours to a simple pop-up event – and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of experiential marketing tours and events from start to finish, including all production-related deliverables.
  • Create, manage, and track budgets.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team on all project graphics, including routing, approvals and production
  • Oversee production of all tour assets, including design and spec approval, fabrication and refurb; includes managing fabrication partners.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team on the logistics of drivers, fleet, inventory, and program assets and properties.
  • Work with the Digital and Creative teams on all deliverables and functionality related to lead generation and digital activities.
  • Assist Client Services Managers on client communications including meeting agendas, meeting notes, post event reports, etc.
  • Ideate with larger cross-functional team and develop client proposals and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of direct experience in experiential marketing
  • Proficient in all aspects of experiential marketing
  • Ability to organize, plan, multi-task, manage timelines, workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong financial management skills
  • An in-depth understanding of the brands and products/services we represent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and support other team members.
