Job summary

Wise Auto Group in Temecula, CA seeks an Event Coordinator to execute onsite dealership events and supporting marketing initiatives. You will assist the Marketing Director in implementing events and promotions to attract customers to the dealership.

Responsibilities include managing all onsite marketing initiatives, maintaining social media activity, coordinating staff and vendors, and ensuring compliance with Harley-Davidson policies and city regulations. A strong planning acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Marketing and event coordination experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and execution of large events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and retain quality people.
• Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson marketing and events or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite dealership marketing initiatives and events.
• Execute events with high standards in planning and organization consistent with the Harley-Davidson brand and dealership image.
• Assist Marketing Director in executing events and promotions strategy.
• Monitor social media pages for compliance and engagement.
• Maintain dealership social media presence with regular posts.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and event staffing.
• Obtain liquor licenses and permits for events.
• Create event layouts and monthly All Store Meeting materials.
• Identify marketing opportunities and present options to Marketing Dept.
• Coordinate off-site promotions and staff for events.
