Job summary

The Browne Center at the University of New Hampshire seeks experienced adjunct hourly program facilitators to design and deliver team-building and leadership development experiences. Facilitators work with Browne Center Program Directors to meet client objectives, delivering sessions on-site at The Browne Center or off-site at hotels and conference centers.

Minimum education is a 4-year college degree with related experience in experiential education and facilitation.

Qualifications

Have strong group facilitation, organizational development, or related interpersonal skill expertise.
Interact in a positive and professional manner with clients.
Have a solid foundation in professional experiential education methodologies – including integrating challenge course elements in program design.

Responsibilities

Careful and intentional facilitation of group process to ensure a high quality and high-impact client experience.
Delivery of one-off or multi-day programs focused on team dynamics, leadership, and various aspects of interpersonal skill development.
Delivery of programming both on-site at The Browne Center as well as off-site at hotels, conference centers, office locations.
Program Preparation and travel as needed; program delivery and post-program follow-up with clients.
