Pay Range:$65,000 -$70,000 annually

Position Summary of theExperiential Learning Designer:
TheExperiential Learning Designerwill design industry-leading and scalable learning experiences, apply analytical data research to improve outcomes, and use adult learning science methodologies to improve learner engagement and persistence for the Higher Ed audience. This position must be well versed in problem solving, needs and learner analysis, management and execution of curriculum and programmatic projects, effective evaluation and feedback methods, and adult learning theory.
The Experiential Learning Designer will actively participate in this vision through ensuring that Bryan University’s graduates are prepared with the relevant knowledge and practical, productive skills through designing advanced curriculum which leads directly to high-demand professional careers.
