RJI Search seeks a creative, highly organized Events & Content Producer to bring IRL experiences to life and turn those moments into stories people want to see and share. New York will be your home base, with responsibility for intimate dinners, live conversations, and listening sessions.

You’ll capture energy post-event to craft compelling content for social platforms, focusing on video for Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years of experience producing live events and/or content.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video or manage freelancers/creatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong vendor/guest management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end events: dinners, panels, and listening sessions.
• Capture event moments and turn into engaging content for social channels.
• Manage speakers and guests, ensuring preparedness and hospitality.
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications to craft concepts.
• Help build scalable event/content playbooks for growth.
