Job summary

RTW Investments, LP in New York City seeks a dynamic Content Creator to produce short-form video and static content that communicates RTW's value narrative and leadership presence across social channels.

You'll travel with senior leadership to conferences and investor events, capture moments on-location, and deliver platform-ready edits quickly using CapCut and Adobe Premiere, while collaborating with the Director of Communications and Digital Media Manager to align with RTW's storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience producing short-form social video and static content with a portfolio across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of social media formats, platform algorithms, and engagement drivers.
• Ability to capture content in live, non-studio environments and deliver platform-ready edits.
• Strong storytelling instincts to craft moments into narrative across leadership content.
• Ability to work with senior executives and event staff to capture authentic content.

Responsibilities

• Capture short-form video, static imagery, and event photography at RTW conferences, investor engagements, and office moments.
• Travel with RTW leadership as an embedded content producer and deliver platform-ready edits on tight turnarounds.
• Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio in non-studio conditions; edit using CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Surface trend opportunities across social platforms and advise on content formats.
• Capture leadership appearances and support social video asset production for campaigns.
