Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences and connect people with products that enrich their lives. You will engage customers, promote brands, provide product knowledge, and capture real-time feedback to support our programs.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and work 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Available 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Stand for up to 6 hours
• Reliable transportation to and from work location

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to generate brand awareness and drive sales
• Provide brand promotions and product training to customers
• Capture real-time feedback on products for brand programs
• Record shifts and complete tasks using company systems
