Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a live venue or events environment.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to host guests.
• Ability to handle high-volume service and diverse requests.
• Experience inputting F&B orders and processing payments with POS.
• Must take TAM Nevada training and hold required health/safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be engaging to guests, take drink orders, and complete credit card transactions.
• Set up bar prior to events, maintain cleanliness, and clean after events.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Record all orders in POS and manage inventory counts.
• Assist with guest questions and provide exceptional experiences.
• Comply with health and alcohol service guidelines and policies.
