Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking an on-site bartender to serve beverages and food items during events in Las Vegas. You will set up and maintain a clean bar, process payments, and provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, checking IDs, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and alcohol service regulations. Prior bartending experience and Nevada TAM training are preferred, with relevant certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience and licensing are a plus.
• Must be friendly, outgoing and create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Experience using a POS system and handling payments efficiently.
• Must complete TAM Nevada training and have valid health certifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, take drink orders and complete all credit card transactions before serving.
• Set up bar before events and maintain cleanliness during service; assist with breakdown.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age (21+).
• Mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks with garnishes.
• Enter F&B orders in POS to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Assist with daily/monthly inventory counts.
