Studio HR is seeking a passionate Flexologist for a new StretchLab studio in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role involves delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions while encouraging clients towards healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program.
• Must be reliable and maintain a professional work ethic.
• Experience in personal training, massage, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Ensure client safety regarding proper stretch techniques.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele.
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use.

StretchLab is seeking individuals with backgrounds in personal training, massage and physical therapy, dance/yoga/Pilates instruction, or backgrounds with stretching/exercise/bodywork to join our team as a Flexologist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team opening a brand new StretchLab studio at the newly renovated Fairmount Landing Shopping Plaza in Mount Pleasant, SC!

You will receive corporate training for the Flexologist role (providing one‑on‑one assisted stretching sessions). This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Your job will be to support clients in championing healthier and happier lives. Our goal is to create a studio where you'll thrive & build a community of people who are committed to guiding stretches that are empowering, energizing, and fun! We look for folks who love to build and nurture relationships with clients and help them .

Flexible schedule with recommendation of 6 hours shifts - 20 hours a week minimum

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

• Availability to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 1‑1 training & coaching from local leadership, and 3 days of in‑person/hands‑on corporate training.
