This role offers the opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex litigation, with mentoring from experienced shareholders and associates.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation.
• Desire to build a long-term litigation career with mentoring.
• Experience representing clients across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims including high-exposure cases.
