Job summary

Holman's Cabinets in Sparta, TN is seeking an experienced full-time woodworker to join our growing shop. You will build custom cabinetry and fine woodwork from shop drawings and specifications, and operate standard shop equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cabinetmaking, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to read blueprints, and a reliable, team-focused attitude. CNC or Cabinet Vision experience is a plus, and physical stamina is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional woodworking or cabinetmaking experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; comfortable with shop machinery.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
• Finishing/spray experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build custom cabinetry and fine woodwork from shop drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain standard shop equipment (table saw, planer, jointer, CNC, sanders, etc.).
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and cut lists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
