Job summary

Holman’s Custom Cabinets is seeking a dependable Cabinet Builder/Assembler in Sparta, TN to join our growing team. You will read shop drawings, assemble RTA and semi-custom cabinets, install hinges, slides and hardware, and help ensure quality before shipping.

Qualifications

• Cabinet building, woodworking, or carpentry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday.
• Willingness to learn and improve every day.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RTA and semi-custom cabinets accurately and efficiently.
• Read and follow shop drawings and production paperwork.
• Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and cabinet components.
• Inspect finished products for quality before they leave the shop.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
