Job summary

TradeWorX in New Kensington, PA is seeking Fabrication Welders to join a shop focused on carbon and stainless steel assemblies. You will perform MIG and TIG welding, read blueprints, and fabricate parts to spec.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week with overtime, benefits including health coverage, dental/vision, 401K, and paid holidays after eligibility. Must pass background check and a 5‑panel drug screen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG, TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Pass background check and 5-panel drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Physically able to perform fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Fabricate and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Prep, fit, and grind welds as required.
• Maintain production quality and safety standards.
• Assist with general fabrication shop tasks as needed.
