Integrated Power Services, LLC. seeks an experienced welder/fabricator to design, cut, shape, and weld metal components. You will prepare materials, follow precise blueprints, and ensure quality through inspection and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a vehicle with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Experience in welding/fabrication, including TIG, MIG, ARC, and dual-shield welding.
• Stainless TIG experience (industrial beams) desired.
• Pipe welding experience desired.
• Familiar with common welding tools and procedures.
• Blueprint reading and knowledge of welding symbols and specifications.
• High school diploma preferred; welding certification or courses a plus.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• Background and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsabilités

• Design, cut, shape, and weld metal pieces.
• Prepare materials for welding including fabrication, grinding, and cleaning.
• Follow blueprints to meet exact specifications.
• Provide feedback on fabrication process and material fixtures.
• Ensure standardized work processes and proper documentation.
• Inspect and test welds and equipment for safety and strength.
