Job summary

Michael and Son Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restoration Crew Chief for our Alexandria, VA location.

You will be responsible for water extraction and mold remediation, including demolitions, setting up and monitoring drying and decontamination equipment, and removing debris. We offer on-site, competitive hourly pay based on experience plus commission, plus industry-leading training and rotating on-call hours to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restoration experience required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• WRT/ASD certification preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and mold remediation.
• Carry out demolitions and debris removal as needed.
• Set up and monitor drying and decontamination equipment.
• Assist with other restoration tasks as required.
