Job Summary

Responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction by ensuring inventory items are accurately and efficiently moved throughout the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, pulling, and packing.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive products against vendor packing slips, verify counts, product details, serial numbers, and certifications, and scan into SpruceNet.
• Sort and label products according to specifications, ensuring correct labeling of all inventory items.
• Perform stocking duties, unload shipments, and move products to storage areas.
• Pull inventory to fulfill orders, verifying product numbers and counts.
• Inspect products for quality and packaging before packing.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials, ensure all documentation is included, and affix shipping labels.
• Stack packed items onto pallets following safety guidelines to prevent damage.
• Inspect products for damage or defects, report issues, and ensure replacements are obtained.
• Assist in loading shipments onto delivery trucks, ensuring proper stacking.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and tools used for shipments, and ensure supply of packing materials.
• Follow safety standards, report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Conduct cycle counts of inventory as assigned.
• Train new hires on safety and job fundamentals, and report on their progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assist team members with orders as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read English alphabet and numbers, accurately count to 100.

• Ability to read labels and product details.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, with physical activities including lifting, reaching, and ladder use.
• Exposure to extreme hot and cold environments seasonally.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a pleasant disposition with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Handle work-related stress effectively.
• Push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk continuously, including on concrete floors and ladders.
• Perform squatting, stooping, and kneeling to reach products.
• Use hands repetitively for grasping, data entry, and handling products.
• Maintain good vision for close and distance tasks.
