Responsibilities

Essential Functions
Take vital signs and obtain patient medical history; perform emergency first aid
Specimen collection and performing laboratory procedures
Administration of medication under direction of veterinarian
Radiology/Imaging skills required including X-rays, MRIs, and CT Scans
Prepare patients for surgical procedures, and manage intake and discharge as required
Proactively communicate patient status to oncoming shift and frequently with doctors to facilitate the highest level of patient care
