Community Veterinary Partners, operating Monterey Animal Clinic in Stuart, FL, is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician. This full-time role features rotating Saturday mornings (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and a pay range of $20–$25/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary technician.
• Blood draws, IV catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Assisting in surgery and dental procedures.
• Reliable with strong attendance and time management.
• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
• Willingness to grow and contribute to a positive hospital culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, surgery, and dentistry.
• Monitor anesthesia and support surgical procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, catheter placement, injections, and diagnostics.
• Take radiographs and assist with EKGs as needed.
• Provide clear client communication and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes.
• Support hospital workflow and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
