Qualifications

• 2-3 years of technician experience.
• Possess ASE certifications and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow repair procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs and needs.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle repairs professionally to customers.
• Work as a team with service department staff.
• Participate in training to advance knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
