Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Delaware preschool team. You will create a welcoming classroom where two-year-olds learn through play and exploration, guided by our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

This role emphasizes nurturing, safety, and developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity and growth. Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience (or 6 months minimum) and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months required.
• Passion for education and care of children.
• Ability to communicate with parents and families.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
