Job summary

The Learning Experience - St. Augustine, FL is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to lead our two-year-old classroom. You will create a warm, stimulating space where children learn through Play, exploration and guided activities.

You will implement our LEAP Curriculum and partner with families to support each child’s growth. We welcome passionate educators who value ongoing professional development, collaborative teamwork, and a commitment to helping children learn, play, grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required).
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning environments for preschoolers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for 2-year-olds.
• Implement LEAP Curriculum with fidelity to meet each child's needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and center goals.
