Experienced Trim Carpenter – Full-Time | On-Site | Greenville-Spartanburg, SC Area

In this role, you will:

• Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and custom cabinetry
• Perform cabinet refacing, redooring, and the installation of panels, organizers, and accessories
• Execute detailed modifications and precise adjustments for existing cabinetry
• Ensure high-quality, clean installations and adhere to project timelines
• Communicate effectively with your team and clients to deliver an exceptional remodeling experience

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new techniques, grow professionally, and embrace continuous improvement
• Proven experience in trim carpentry or cabinet installation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on craftsmanship and finish quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time independently on job sites
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Previous experience in kitchen remodeling is a plus
• Relevant certifications or equivalent field experience preferred
