Job summary

Construct, Inc. is seeking an experienced tradesman/working foreman for carpentry, drywall, painting, and tile. Compensation is based on experience, plus benefits and commission.

The role supports emergency service clean-up after water and fire losses and may transition into project management. Tampa Bay area coverage and a 24/7 service model are highlighted. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have general construction knowledge and field experience.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, insulation, flooring, and basic plumbing/electrical is required.
• Emergency service and mold remediation experience is a plus.
• Must work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction-related services and coordinate with management.
• Grow into project management and lead as a working foreman.
• Support emergency service clean-up after water and fire losses, remodeling, and reconstruction.
