Total Tire Solutions in Lake Charles, LA is hiring an experienced Tire Technician. You will install, balance, rotate, and repair tires for commercial and passenger vehicles, inspect tires and wheels, and perform roadside service as needed.

This hands-on role requires at least 3 years of tire technician experience and a valid driver’s license. Expect a team-focused environment with on-call rotation, weekend work, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years tire technician experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver tires weighing 75+ pounds.
• Strong understanding of tire service procedures and safety standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for commercial and passenger vehicles.
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for safety and serviceability.
• Perform tire replacements and roadside service as needed.
• Accurately complete service documentation before and after work.
• Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in good condition.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work bay.
• Follow all proper safety and installation procedures.
• Assist with unloading, stacking, and disposal of tires.
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of shop tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors regarding service needs.
• Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule.
• Work occasional Saturdays as business demands require.
