Explico is seeking an Expert in Biomechanics to lead complex casework and provide deposition and courtroom testimony. You will be a thought leader in injury analysis and participate in high-profile litigation matters, guiding clients and the team through rigorous scientific examination.

The role requires 8+ years in forensic engineering or accident reconstruction, PE licensure, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of forensic engineering or accident reconstruction experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• ACTAR certification strongly preferred.
• Proven expert witness experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biomechanical investigations.
• Provide expert opinions supported by research, testing, and literature.
• Provide deposition and trial testimony.
• Serve as lead expert on biomechanics cases.

What You’ll Do

As an Expert in Biomechanics, you will lead complex casework, provide deposition and courtroom testimony, and serve as a thought leader in injury analysis. You’ll be involved in high-profile litigation matters and play a critical role in both client service and mentorship.
